1. Introduction

Welcome to AmbiGoal ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AmbiGoal mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Access Pass System

AmbiGoal operates on a one-time access pass model rather than subscriptions. When you purchase an access pass, you gain the ability to generate new content or refresh your planning process for the duration of your pass.

Available passes include:

• 1-Week Pass ($3.99)
• 1-Month Pass ($9.99)
• 1-Year Pass ($39.99)
• Lifetime Pass ($99)

Once a pass expires, you will still have full access to everything you've generated—your SWOT analysis, SMART goals, and task lists remain available. You only need to purchase a new pass when you want to start a fresh planning cycle or generate new insights.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. You also agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for purchases except as required by applicable law.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. Account authentication is handled through Clerk. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to create, store, and manage content, including SWOT analyses, SMART goals, and task lists ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, and you are responsible for your User Content.

By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise use your User Content to provide and improve the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or track personal information of other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AmbiGoal and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at info@thabanidev.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AmbiGoal, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AmbiGoal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
