We use LemonSqueezy to process payments. When you make a purchase, LemonSqueezy collects payment information such as your credit card details or other financial information. 2.4 User Content

We collect and store the content you create using our Service, including SWOT analyses, SMART goals, and task lists. This information is stored to provide you with access to your content even after your access pass expires.

2.5 Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

AmbiGoal uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

4. AI Processing

Our Service uses Gemini AI to help transform your ambitions into actionable goals. The information you provide, such as your goals and responses to questions, is processed by Gemini AI to generate SWOT analyses, SMART goals, and task lists. This processing is essential to the functionality of our Service.

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is only used to provide you with the Service and is not shared with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will retain your User Content (SWOT analyses, SMART goals, and task lists) for as long as you maintain an account with us, even after your access pass expires. If you delete your account, your User Content will be deleted from our active databases, but may remain in our backups for a certain period.

6. Data Transfer

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the country where our servers are located and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to that country and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
